At Zwift, we know fitness is built over the long term. You may not see progress day to day or week to week, but as those weeks of training stack into months of disciplined work, you should find yourself performing and feeling better than before.
Today we’re announcing Leaderboards, a Zwift Companion feature that shows your fitness gains at a glance. Use the app on your mobile phone or tablet to track your cycling PRs on in-game sprint and KOM segments. Get inspired by the progress you’ve made so far… then go further!
Learn more about Zwift Companion
Your Leaderboards are available under Zwift Companion’s “More” menu. You’ll begin with a list of Zwift worlds, then drill down to a list of routes, then segments within a route, then your personal leaderboard for a particular segment:
Your personal Leaderboards in Companion are divided into quarters and years so you can track your long-term progress at a glance. The first chart is a visual representation of your quarterly PRs over the years, while the table below lists specifics for each quarter’s efforts:
Tapping one of your quarterly PRs takes you to a more detailed daily view of your performance.
(We wanted to keep things simple, so if you made multiple attempts on a segment in one day, this view simply displays your best attempt for the day.)
Adding Leaderboards to Zwift Companion meant developing a fresh interface that makes it easy to find the leaderboard you’re looking for. This led to a bonus feature you’ll love: route details (map, distance, and elevation) are now included in Companion, along with a checkmark indicating whether you’ve earned the route badge!
We hope Zwift Companion’s Leaderboards deliver an inspiring view of your fitness progress while spurring you on to even greater gains. Ride on!
