Before you (the “Participant”) participate in the Maratona dles Dolomites eFondo 2017 Giveaway (the “eFondo Giveaway”), we’re (collectively “Zwift”, the “Sponsor” and “Judge”) obligated to ask you to read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“T&C”).
Official Rules
Entry is open to all eligible Participants with sufficient time remaining on their free trial or membership to complete the eFondo Giveaway. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. A Zwift membership will not increase your chances of winning.
Eligibility
The eFondo Giveaway is open to all persons 21 years and older. Employees of Zwift and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors and suppliers (collectively the “eFondo Giveaway Entities“), and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same households of any of the foregoing individuals, whether or not related, are ineligible to participate or win a prize. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Entry
Eligible Participants simply need to complete the Maratona dles Dolomites eFondo 2017 to be automatically entered in the drawing. You can join the event either in-game on the START screen or from the EVENTS page in the Zwift Mobile Link companion app. Check out our knowledge base for complete instructions on how to join an event.
Prizes
One lucky winner will receive 2 entries to the sold-out 2017 Maratona dles Dolomites-Enel. Prize is limited to event entry and does not include airfare, accommodations or any other travel arrangements. If the winner already has an entry to the 2017 event, they can choose to either:
1. Upgrade to start in the 1st wave of riders
2. Defer the 2 entries to the 2018 event
Four other lucky winners will each receive one of the following prizes in the size of their choice:
– Official Castelli Cycling kit of the Maratona dles Dolomites-Enel 2017 (available in July)
– Castelli Idro Jacket
– Special edition KASK Protone Maratona dles Dolomites – Enel edition helmet (available in July)
– Selle Italia saddle
Judging and Winner Notification
Eligible prize winners will be chosen by random drawing and announced on March 27th. Winner will be contacted via registered Zwift email and posted on Zwift’s official Facebook page.
Winner will be responsible for any expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize except as expressly stated in these Official Rules. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Data Protection
Any information (including data and images) related to the Participant that is collected or processed (which includes collection, storing, holding and carrying out operations) by Zwift at the beginning and during the course of the eFondo Giveaway will be held and used by Zwift and their suppliers and contractors to administer the eFondo Giveaway in accordance with these T&C and Zwift’s Privacy Policy (http://zwift.com/privacy/).
Aggregate, non-personal data may also be used by Zwift for the purpose of undertaking market research or in facilitating reviews, developments and improvements to relevant services. Participants’ personal data may be used to send Participants news and publicity material in relation to the eFondo Giveaway.
By enrolling in the eFondo Giveaway, all Participants will have consented to the transfer of their personal data to the eFondo Giveaway, to Zwift and to each of their suppliers, contractors and agents for the purposes of the administration of the eFondo Giveaway and pursuant to these T&C.
Rights to Use Name and Likeness
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, gratis license to use winner’s name, address, entry submission for purposes of advertising, promotional and other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world without further compensation, notification or permission unless prohibited by law.
Release and Waiver
Participation in the eFondo Giveaway is at your own risk. You should not attempt any exercise that is beyond your skill/health level. By virtue of your participation in the eFondo Giveaway, Participant waives, releases and discharges Zwift, and its respective officers, members, partners, shareholders, agents and employees from and against any and all claims for damages or other liability for death, personal injury, illness or property damage which may have, or which may hereafter occur to Participant, as a result of participation in the eFondo Giveaway. This waiver and release will be binding on Participant’s spouse, heirs, personal representatives, children and other assigns.
Additional Governing Terms
These T&Cs shall otherwise be subject to and supplemented by the general Zwift Terms of Service (http://zwift.com/terms/), which are incorporated herein by this reference.
