DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO
This is a WBR Group Ride Event. Your co-operation and teamwork will be essential. No participant should ride off the front of the group. The event is designed as part of WBR’s package of #ProStyleTraining events to assist with the attainment of your training goals. We welcome good banter and aim to create a fun, social atmosphere for your training. After a short warm-up we will work at Low Cadence (60-70rpm) at 3.5 - 4.0 w/kg during three, 8-10 min climbing intervals with 2 min rest between as we ride Epic KOM. The idea - to build Muscular Strength, Create Rhythm and work on Pedaling Technique and Breathing. After a mandatory re-group we will ride easy then complete a series of Over/Unders back to town.This is a group training ride and riders should not ride off the front. Session time Approx 60mins.
