Join Team Endurance Nation for our weekly Mellow Monday Recovery Ride! The goal of this session is to facilitate recovery after a hard weekend and put some early miles in for the week ahead! All riders are welcome to join this event and be part of our riding community within Zwift.
Please Note: This is not a race. Stick with the Beacon!
Warm Up: 10 minutes with the Beacon at 1.8 w/kg.
Main Ride: Steady riding at 2.0 to 2.2 w/kg.
