DESCRIPTION DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
Come join OTR for our weekly Tempo Group Ride. B Group will warm up around 2.5 w/kg and ride at an average pace of 3.1 - 3.5 w/kg for about an hour (~25 miles / ~40 kilometers). Courses will rotate weekly on shorter circuit routes so slower riders off the back have a chance to rejoin the group. The Yellow Beacon ride leader will guide you through laps of varying intensity, with recovery laps included as needed. The final lap is an optional race pace lap and a chance to give it all you got!
C group will focus on riding together at an average pace between 2.5 - 3.0 w/kg. Yellow beacon will lead a mix of sprints, tempo, and recovery laps depending on the course.
