DESCRIPTION DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
Ever wanted to know what it is like to train like a Pro? Well now you can! These workouts are designed for Andy Potts and his racing team! These are set for all skill levels and are ""no drop"" so as long as you are pedaling, you are with the group! We can't promise you will get to a podium but Andy does have over 30 Half Distance Tri's so it couldn't hurt!

This is the type of workout we do to primarily prepare for 70.3 and 1406 events. It is critical to be able to be able to change paces/efforts and then settle back in at race effort without too much of a physical toll on our body.
