⚠⚠Group ride week with a ramp up⚠⚠

We'll work as group at 3.0 W/KG.


For the final 20 mins we'll ramp up the ride with red, or you can stay at 3.0 with yellow.


Jump on the PAIN🚂, we'll hurt ourselves to hurt you, so you can hurt someone else come race day...choo choo...all aboard 🍍🚂

To ensure our sweeps don't get stranded, please see the rules below. If this ride is pushing your limits, sit in front of yellow in the pack its the best draft spot = less power required by you.


1) No Speaky No Sweepy - call for help in chat quickly with position number. We'll come and get you. Stay silent we will not come back for you.

2) Greater than 15 seconds back, quit and rejoin to yellow or group up with others off the back and enjoy the ride.

3) You'll have to work 1 W/KG faster than the yellow pack cruising pace in sweeps draft to get back on. Just sit on their wheel work hard, and when get back sit in front of yellow and recover.

This is a mid to high C ride, if you are building up to these levels come along and stay with the group and push yourself.

Our goal is to make you stronger, there will pain, suck it up and keep grinding.


We give you 2 options:

1) Stay with Yellow at the advertised pace of 2.8 – 3.2 W/KG...be warned we will closer to the top end.

2) When Red goes off follow him and suffer, it is how you make gains.


Week 1 - Sprint Course - we go on the sprints and then regroup.

Week 2 - KOM After Party - 1 lap > 1 hour, Red beacon will take a climbing group up the KOM at a stronger pace.

Week 3 - Standard group ride - with 5 - 15 min ramp up at the end by Red.

Week 4 - Hunt the flyers - At 30 mins Red leads a group to chase down the flyers or gradually ramp up the pace.

Week 5 - Chase - Red pushes a group to try to lap yellow multiple times.

Week 6 - Circuit of Death..10 laps of the volcano circuit, ramp ups and a final lap race

Week 7 - Hill repeats from hell
 Scotland city and sgurr
60 mins of suffering we have multiple pacers Idiot, painful, donut pick ya pace or do your own thing

Week 8 - PR Crusher - we will take a short route and look to do multiple laps 1 lap will be very fast


Then back to week 1


We will go off menu from time to time and communicate what ride we are doing at the top of the ride description and advertise the ride on USMES Zwift FB page and Zwift Riders FB page each week and at the end of the ride.
