Come and Join Team CLS for our Tuesday Group Workout... The leader will make the calls aimed at a strong C workout while giving and getting motivation from regulars around you.
Our Tuesday and Thursday workouts compliment each other and if you stick with it you will see steady gains in fitness over the months, with great banter at the same time.
