EVENT DESCRIPTION
Kick off 2022 right with the WHOOP Workout Series!
The three-week training program features favored workouts from various WHOOP ambassadors, including Lionel Sanders, Alex Howes from EF Pro Cycling, and the Tinman Elite running team. Whether you’re trying to sharpen your skills as a triathlete, cyclist, or runner, you’ll receive elite-level workouts complete with strain-readiness recommendations based on WHOOP’s very own physiological performance tracker.
Green: Your body is well-recovered and primed to go all out
Yellow: Your body isn’t fully recovered but is still ready for moderate efforts
Red: Your body is fatigued, and you should take it easy today
We’ll also be hosting recovery rides led by Lionel Sanders, Alex Howes, and Tinman Elite. If you’ve ever wanted to chat with them, this is your chance.

Lionel Sanders (Triathlon)
Category A (Green Day) Workouts: These workouts are few and far between during heavy training cycles.
Category B (Yellow Day) Workouts: These workouts are great for working on your technical skills but they also allow you to put some work in. A lot of these training sessions happen on Yellow Days due to typical training loads.
Category C (Red Day) Workouts: It’s best to do these workouts on days after a hard workout or when you didn’t have a great night of sleep. They’re mostly low intensity and technical in nature.
