Innovation cycling club (INC) offers you one of his relentless ultra intervals to boost your fitness in a nice and friendly atmosphere. Get in the Alien train to improve your long distance fitness and challenge yourself with fabulous DIY workouts based on ground variations.
GROUP B: 6:00am gmt Distance: 100km - Base Pace 2.8-3.0 W/kg, Intervals 3.5-4.0 W/kg ETA: 2:15 2:30
GROUP C: 6:02am gmt Distance: 80km - Base Pace 2.5-2.8 W/kg Intervals 3.0-3.6 W/kg ETA 2-2:15
