EVENT-BESCHREIBUNG
Ready for a one-two punch of a quick warm-up followed by a micro-race? The Super League Tri Community Race Series doubles down on both.

Here’s the setup: start with a fun, 30-minute warm-up complete with some 15-second high-intensity efforts. Follow that with one of the shortest races on Zwift — about 10 minutes. Don’t let that number fool you. If you really race it, it might be the longest 10 minutes of your week. Those 600 seconds will yield great benefits in the near future.

There’s a five-minute break between the warm-up workout and the race. And who says you can’t feed your mind while leveling up your fitness? Turn up the audio on your Zwifting device (TV, laptop, iPad…) during the workout to hear a Super League host chat with some of the top pros taking part in the Arena Games.

Ride and run events are on different days, so you can mix it up twice a week. Keep your Zwift Companion app close to chat with fellow Zwifters during the workout and prepare for the race.

Don’t worry if you miss a week of this 8-week series. There's no series leaderboard. That makes each week’s race a great opportunity to focus on throwing down your best effort. No need to worry about missing out on series points.
