Iinnovation cycling club (INC) offers you one of his relentless ultra-endurance rides to boost your fitness in a nice and friendly atmosphere.
Get in the Alien train to improve your long-distance fitness and challenge yourself.
Everyone is welcome who can ride with about 3.0 W/kg from 5 minutes to 5 hours. We organise rescue teams if you have a drop out and no one should get lost. We encourage and appreciate all riders willing to build up their endurance to stay with us regularly for the full distance.
GROUP B: 5am gmt
Distance: 200km Base Pace 3.0-3.5 W/kg, ETA: 4:40-5:00 show up in front blob to challenge yourself and move the group forward or sit in the pack enjoying the draft for a more relaxing ride. Respect the leaders, keep a positive mindset and explore great team spirit especially in the final endorphin part of this ride. Be relentless. Go go Aliens!
