Strength and Resiliency

This session is a bit of an uphill battle, but well worth it. You’ll be targeting your run strength by altering the gradient of your treadmill while running near your aerobic threshold, the steady-state power you can theoretically hold for hours. Running on an incline has many benefits for triathletes, like improved muscle strength and faster stride rate. It’s all part of the plan to help you run long-distance triathlons faster!

Long Duration: 45 minutes

Short Duration: 30 minutes
