EVENT-BESCHREIBUNG
Prepare your racing and climbing skills for the Flanders Endurance Race League.
This league are 8 races (held on Sunday) build on stamina. Races will be longer dan 2 hours.
Please note the race is from the gun, including any event 'warm-up' on the lap counter. Categories will all start together.
RACE RULES
No powerups.
No TT bikes.
Heart rate monitors are compulsory for "all" categories.
Power Meter and Smart Trainer winners take category win.
zPower riders will not be included in zwiftpower results
This League promotes DUAL recording. All riders using dual sources will receive a BONUS time.
- USE dual recording will get you 120sec BONUS
- 10/20min values must be within 5%, if so you can choose your 1st power source yourself, if the difference is more please use the LOWEST source as PRIMARY for your dual to benefit from the time bonus. Riders using the highest source will NOT get BONUS time.

Riders going over 5w/kg at 95% of 20 minute power will be removed from results.
Riders going over 6w/kg for 5 minute power will be removed from results.

It is essential that all participants are honest and select the correct pen/category below which correlates to their current/potential FTP. (Please use your FTP divided by your weight in kg to select the correct category below.) Riders that have at least 3 ZP results (in their race history) on a higher FTP category level than the chosen one will be DQ'd ! If you're in doubt, please contact the organizer for more information.
NOTE : if you have a ZP cat tag lower than your W/kg FTP due to low body weight choose your FTP cat ! Example : Rider with an FTP of 4.5 W/kg but a B tag on ZP because of <250W will race A and not B !
The organizer can DQ riders when in doubt of performance and awaiting the correct info of the rider, the rider has to contact the organizer to discuss this matter.

(B) 3.2 W/kg to 3.99 W/kg FTP
(C) 2.5 W/kg to 3.19 W/kg FTP
(D) Under 2.49 W/kg FTP
