Welcome to our Project Sloth group ride.
This ride will be banded to allow people of all abilities to join.
What is banded? Banded allow us to create group rides where we all stay together as a group no matter what power output you're doing. the only requirement is that you don't stop peddling.
Project SLOTH aims to create rides that are beginner friendly, good for recovery riders and chunky people like me.
If you have any questions during the ride, please feel free to ask and we will do our best to answer them.
