EVENT-BESCHREIBUNG
This is a series of workouts that have been designed by Rowe & King to help you perform at your best as the road kicks up.

Each workout in the Mountain Massif training series has a specific purpose, which stitched together in to a structured training plan will help you improve your climbing ability on Zwift and in real life.

About the session:
This is the “Finish line session,” where you will race 10.1km against the clock on the New York Knickbocker course.

This course has been specifically chosen because it offers a challenging climb with a sufficient lead-in to ensure you are warmed up to put in your best effort on the ascent.

Record your time and compare it to your baseline results to see the progress you have made.

Remember to tackle the event using the exact same frame and wheelset used in the baseline event for an accurate and fair comparison.

Safety Note:

Only undertake vigorous exercise if you are fit and healthy to do so. If you are at all unsure, consult a Physician or Doctor first.

All training equipment including Bikes and Turbo trainers should be in full working order. Do not use any piece of equipment that does not come up to the required standard.
