Coach Paolo Barbera is a Certified Triathlon and Ironman Coach and the founder of Active Kids, a sporting clinic to help children and adults in the prevention and treatment of obesity through healthy nutrition and tailored training programmes.
Paolo is an experienced triathlete and cyclist. In 2017 he opened an innovative endurance training centre in milan, Tri60, specialized in indoor cycling.
It has been proven that Indoor cycling plays a key role to build strength, resistance and improve overall fitness and technical skills.
Paolo’s workouts are designed to mix different training zones aiming to maximize results in a very short time. Athletes following his workouts, at the right intensity and at the right cadence, have achieved surprising results.
Paolo’s indoor cycling workouts have different lengths to meet every athlete needs.
In the last ten years Paolo has developed very successful training programs for triathletes and cyclists

GROUP WORKOUTS
Zwifters line up in the starting area just like a normaL event and once the event starts, workout mode begins. Everyone stays together regardless of power output. We highly recommend doing one of the FTP tests to face every workout at the right difficulty level.
