Welcome to WCC’s Wobble Group Workout.
On this workout ride you will be completing this banded workout at your own FTP. Each workout will be lead by one of WCC’s great social ride leaders who will offer reminders to hydrate as well as encouragement throughout the 30-45 minute sessions.
All prompts for changed in power, cadence, ect will be tailored to your specific FTP on this banded ride without the concern of being dropped off the back of the group.
We will be making use of Zwift’s workout sessions rotating through various skills as we move throughout the month.
