Galaxy Cycling Club are a friendly and supportive club who strive to help others succeed their goals. Our Club emphasis is based on inclusivity, diversity, respect and providing fun at all levels on Zwift whether riding socially, racing your legs off or hanging around our optional chat groups waiting for our IRL meet ups! HOW DOES RACING SCORE WORK?
A new racer's score, known as the seed score, is initially determined by evaluating both short and long efforts, with adjustments made to ensure fairness across different types of racers. This performance is then converted into a simple score between 0-1000. Finishing higher against stronger competition results in a more significant boost to your score, while lower placements or less participation may lead to smaller gains or a slight drop, ensuring a fair and accurate reflection of your progress.
