Sessions details:
Warmup:
• 10-minute Warmup
Recovery:
• 3-minutes recovery
Interval 1:
• 3-minutes @ 108% FTP
• 3-minutes @ 60% FTP
Interval 2:
• 3-minutes @ 108% FTP
• 3-minutes @ 60% FTP
Interval 3:
• 3-minutes @ 108% FTP
• 3-minutes @ 60% FTP
Interval 4:
• 3-minutes @ 108% FTP
• 3-minutes @ 60% FTP
Interval 5:
• 3-minutes @ 108% FTP
• 3-minutes @ 60% FTP
Interval 6:
• 3-minutes @ 108% FTP
• 3-minutes @ 60% FTP
Interval 7:
• 3-minutes @ 108% FTP
• 3-minutes @ 60% FTP
Cool Down:
• 5-minutes
60 minutes in total.
