The Steed Cycles Stay at Home Workout is the perfect 'sweet-spot' workout to maintain your cycling fitness while outdoor group riding is restricted. After a short warm-up, the Steed Cycles ride leader will ramp up to 'club pace' of 3 watts/kg, slowing down briefly every once every lap of the course to regroup. Riders are asked to maintain club riding etiquette -- please keep a tight peloton and stay with the rider leader. After 60 minutes, the pace will be 'riders choice' where riders can stretch their legs and race to the finish, or cool down or just hang with the group. Enjoy!
