Monday mornings are where we push our limits together. This isn’t just another workout—it’s the Norwegian 4x4 format, a proven way to build power, resilience, and faster recovery. One of these sessions a week makes a difference.

Four intervals, four minutes each—long enough to hurt, short enough to go all in. We ride at 85–95% of max effort, pushing deep into that uncomfortable zone where real progress happens. Recovery is just long enough to let you do it again. And again. And again.

We ride the same session each week —not just to suffer, but to measure progress. That feeling when it gets just a little easier? When you hold the power a little longer? That’s why we do it. Each ride is tough, but the energy is electric, fueled by the group chat and the music driving us forward.
