Hello and welcome to No Gods No Masters Zwift ride for women ⚡️⚡️.
After the success of women-only rides in London, Bristol, Amsterdam and Milan, we’re embracing this new platform where we can all meet and ride together.
Creating an even bigger NGNM community across borders!

The goal of this ride is to train together, keep up with the group and socialize.
We aim to ride at 2w/kg - 3w/kg depending on segments.

We usually offer 3 main groups: one at around 2.8w/kg, another at 2.5w/kg (yellow beacon) and a third one at the back at 2w/kg (red beacon).
If for some reason you can’t stick to one of these 3 main groups, we encourage everyone to either:
• Wait for the group behind
• Spontaneously form your own group
but please don’t ride solo.
From time to time we may include specific drills (cadence or speed) along the route, so please follow the leaders' messages.

This isn’t a race, there’s no prize if you finish ahead of everyone else. Instead this group ride is all about giving your best, which, besides pushing on the pedals, also means offering your wheel to someone who needs it, cheering for your pals via the chat or ‘ride ons’, being a true leader and an aggregator.

Lastly, every ride is different as we change the course each week. All changes are posted in our FB group ahead of the ride, so you know all of the details (route map, altimetry chart, course details).
