DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO
This ride is designed for Masters Riders 40+, but all are welcome to join!
We will warm up at 3.0 w/kg for 5 minutes and then settle at a steady state of 3.5 to 4.0 w/kg for most of the ride's duration.
Each ride will include a special challenge that will be revealed by the Ride Leader. So, come ready for some special fun!
Because of the speed of this ride, there is very little sweeping, but we will do our best to help you out if you shout out soon enough.
Join us each week and hang on as long as possible; make it a goal to stay longer each week. You will get faster!
