DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO
Join NVDM Coaching for a challenging 75 min session every Tuesday morning at 6am Central. Each workout includes a quick warm up and cool down. These workouts are created with the triathlete in mind. We will be reverse periodizing our sessions towards the kick off of the 2024 triathlon season with the goal of raising our power ceiling/ Peak power output before ultimately extending and building the strength and stamina necessary to compete at your next Ironman or 70.3 event.
