Introducing the Squadra Castelli Workout Series for 2024/25!
Whether you're training for an endurance event like a sportive or granfondo, or looking to stay fit over the winter, this series is for you! Our focus is on building endurance, making it ideal for events like L'Étape du Tour, Maratona dles Dolomiti, or UCI Gran Fondos. Join us and get the support you need for your upcoming endurance challenge!
Phase 1 - To wrap up 2024, we’ll complete a 10-week training block based on Zwift’s GranFondo and Build Me Up plans
Phase 2 - Kicking off 2025, we’ll transition to a 12-week program combining workouts from the L'Étape du Tour and Build Me Up plans
Weekly Schedule:
- Mid-Week Workouts: Mondays & Wednesdays, 17:45 BST
- Weekend Long Workout: Saturday, 09:25 BST
