DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO
WHAT IS CATEGORY ENFORCEMENT?
Category Enforcement will prevent Zwifters from entering a category they are not eligible for. Our goal is to increase fairness in racing.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Zwift checks a racer's past performance using VO2 max and FTP to determine their race category.
- Racers can join a category at or above their category. For example, if you are "C" category, you can race in C, B, or A category. You can not race in the D category.
Welcome to the Friday Race brought to you by Team DRAFT!
We encourage all participants to head over to zwiftpower.com and register. Riders who have not completed the Zwiftpower registration and agreed to the sharing conditions will not be included in the official results.
To make this race as fair as possible, we require that all riders wear a heart rate monitor, use a power meter and/or smart trainer, and choose the appropriate race category for your ability. Riding in an inappropriate category will lead to your disqualification.
RULES:
- No zPower riders.
- Heart rate monitors mandatory for all categories
- 5min and 20min CEVAZ limits apply. Riding in the wrong category will lead to disqualification.
RACE CATEGORIES:
A: 4.0 W/kg to 5.0 W/kg
B: 3.2 W/kg to 3.99 W/kg
C: 2.5 W/kg to 3.19 W/kg
D: Under 2.49 W/kg
