Hello and welcome to No Gods No Masters® Zwift ride for women ⚡️⚡️.
Join NGNM and become a part of a large international community of women cyclists. Together, we foster a spirit of mutual empowerment & support, and improve our group riding skills.
NGNM offers more than just group rides and workouts for women on Zwift. We also organise multi-day cycling experiences for women in Italy and Europe, bridging the gap between virtual riding and real-life cycling!

For this Women Crush Weds group ride, we offer two main group speeds:
🟡 Yellow Beacon: 2.5 w/kg (C category),
🔴 Red Beacon: 1.7-2 w/kg (D category)

Group Ride Rules:
n.1: NEVER RIDE ALONE. Try to stick to the group or pair with another rider (min. 2 riders)
n.2: Above all, remember to HAVE FUN! That's what it's all about.
Every ride is different; we change the course each week and alternate ride leaders.

Tu dois terminer quelques sorties vélo avant de pouvoir participer à ta première compétition avec score de course. Lorsque nous aurons plus de données, nous serons en mesure de te recommander le groupe qui te correspondra le mieux pour te mesurer aux autres.
