90 minutes round two! We are still building that base so the mantra is still the same: this is the time to pull back, be patient and focus on consistency and base level training. Bringing in explosive power development with front loading and a fun long long long endurance block to finish! Late join is activated up to 30 min!

ZWIFT WORKOUTS

We have two rides scheduled each week on Wednesdays: 6:05 am EST (with ride leader) and 6:45 pm EST (without ride leader).
