ABOUT THIS RIDE
Rise & Grind is a 55-minute early morning bracer for the East Coast crowd. Be sure to get a warm-up in and look to enter the staging zone approximately 5 minutes before go-time. All levels are welcome and supported, with sweepers for the B and C groups for those who have found their coffee hasn't quite kicked in.
All groups utilize fencing, with the exception of KOMs and sprints (your category leader will tell you whether the sprint or KOM is being contested). This ride is also double-drafted -- don't let gaps open up, or you'll be off the back quickly! We like to keep groups together until the final 10 minutes or so of the ride
