Welcome to WCC’s Wobble Group Workout.
On this workout ride you will be completing this banded workout at your own FTP. Each workout will be lead by one of WCC’s great social ride leaders who will offer reminders to hydrate as well as encouragement throughout the 30-45 minute sessions.
All prompts for changed in power, cadence, ect will be tailored to your specific FTP on this banded ride without the concern of being dropped off the back of the group as long as you keep the cranks spinning.
We will be making use of Zwift’s Ari ours workout plans rotating through a variety of skills as we move throughout the different sessions within the plan..
