Join this custom designed interval workout by Hall of Fame Coach Lance Watson! Accomplish the same style of workout Coach Watson prescribed to win Ironman, Olympic Gold, and countless age group championships. Our Tuesday rides focus on threshold work to ensure quality Zone 4 energy zones are part of your training week. This challenging 60 minute ride is live-coached by Lance and is guaranteed to make you a stronger cyclist. The rides are banded and all levels are welcome - we’ll all stick together.
