Red Bull and BORA-hansgrohe are scouring the globe in search of the next generation of Grand Tour racers. To reach the largest talent pool, Red Bull, and BORA-hansgrohe in partnership with Zwift have developed the Red Bull Junior Brothers workout. Leveraging technology, Red Bull will use the Red Bull Junior Brothers workout to select an initial group of riders to be invited to the selection event at the Red Bull Athlete Performance centre. While anyone can ride the Red Bull Junior Brothers workout, Red Bull is looking for males born in 2007 and 2008 to invite to the selection event. The most promising 15 riders will be invited to the selection week held at the Red Bull Athlete Performance centre in Salzburg Austria June 3rd - 8th 2024. Two riders from this elite group will be signed to race for the BORA-hansgrohe U19 development team Grenke - Auto Eder and fast-track their dreams of racing professionally. The Red Bull selection is specific, but any Zwifter can participate in the Red Bull Junior Brothers events. There is no guarantee that completing the workout, no matter the placement on the leaderboard, will qualify a rider to be shortlisted or go on to ride for the BORA-hansgrohe U19 development team Grenke - Auto Eder.
