TODAY’S SESSION
Saturday sessions will largely be focused on developing the aerobic engine to support the upcoming race season. While the intensity will generally be fairly low we will, on occasion throw some higher intensity efforts in, but overall intensity (IF) will be kept to .80 or lower. Please note the Ride Leader generally rides outdoors on Saturdays, but if conditions don’t allow he’ll be joining you.
ABOUT ONGOING TRAINING
The 2023 Triathlon Season is generally over for most. Until early Spring our focus will mostly be on form/efficiency, maintenance, and prep for the upcoming season. And, if you’ve ridden with us before, you know I’ll likely be mixing in some punchy efforts
WORKOUT DESIGNER
Dave D'Abrosca, owner and head coach of Power2Tri Endurance Coaching, creates all of these workouts and will be leading the vast majority of them. Dave is a USAT Level II Long Course and Ironman Certified Coach with experience guiding athletes through hundreds of races, from first-timers to seasoned long course triathletes, as well as XTERRA, Gravel, MTB and Runners up to Ultra distance.
