About the session: Warmup followed by repeats, 6 x 2-minutes @92% FTP then 3-minutes 88% FTP. Followed by a warm down.
Session details:
Warmup: • 12-minutes @ Zone 1-4
Recovery: • 3-minutes
Repeat 6 times: • 2-minutes @92% FTP • 3-minutes 88% FTP
Cool Down:
• 5-minutes @ Zone 1 Safety Note: Only undertake vigorous exercise if you are fit and healthy to do so. If you are at all unsure, consult a Physician or Doctor first. All training equipment including Bikes and Turbo trainers should be in full working order. Do not use any piece of equipment that does not come up to the required standard.
