Join us for the "Cheesecake for Breakfast" 100km endurance ride! Whether you want a fun, relaxed C-paced social ride to wrap up your weekend or start your week, or if you're looking to challenge yourself with our B-paced chase group (which often reaches A-pace), this is the perfect ride for you!
Choose your pace:
The Cake Crusaders (C Pace Group) will maintain a steady effort of 2.5-3 w/kg. This pace is ideal for fostering team spirit and enjoying casual conversations.
The Bombers (B Chase Group) aim to catch up to the Crusaders and operate at a higher intensity of 3.5-4.5 w/kg. this group starts 12 minutes later, catering to those who enjoy a good challenge.
Both groups emphasize positivity ,respect and teamwork. Whether you're looking for a leisurely spin or a high-energy workout, there's a spot for you.
