Pacing: 1.5 to 2.0w/kg (aim for 1.5w/kg)
- Put ZSG as suffix to your name
- Login 10-15mins before start
- Follow ride leader (ZSG LEAD)
- No sweeper, please try to stick together.
- This ride will be mentally challenging for fast riders, so socialize more. Coffee helps to stay awake! Remember the keyword, RECOVERY.
