The ZWIFT Japan office leads a Ramp up Group ride.
Warm up(<2w/lg)
1~2 laps easy pace(2-2.5 w/kg)
3~4 laps middle pace(2.5~3.9 w/kg)
5 laps high pace(3.0-3.2 w/kg)
