Active recovery ride! We all worked for it over the past weeks. This is a great workout after a harder ride. It has two blocks of pedaling/technical drills to remind the body to recruit the right muscles with a 4-minute threshold effort to close the day with.

ZWIFT WORKOUTS

We have two rides scheduled each week on Wednesdays: 6:05 am EST (with ride leader) and 6:45 pm EST (without ride leader).
