It’s time to boost your endurance with these six efficient and effective Spring Training workouts. Tackle these and you’ll get the most out of your longer outdoor rides that are just around the corner. Indoor rides. Outdoor results.

Workouts:
With short and long options, you can pick the workout that’s right for you. Make sure to check out the Spring Training Tracker downloadable PDF to keep tabs on your indoor and outdoor workouts.

Workout 1
Name: Sweet Spot Foundation
Description: Kick off your preparation for training outdoors with a workout designed to build a solid endurance base that’s perfect for getting into the groove of sustained efforts. The short workout clocks in at 29 minutes and the long workout is 48 minutes.

Schedule:
From April 15 to June 2nd, hop into on-demand workouts at any time, or try live events every hour, on the hour.

Unlocks:
Not only will you increase your endurance, you’ll also expand your Zwift wardrobe with some stellar unlocks, including the Spring Training 2024 sunglasses and cap. Complete all six workouts—short or long—and you’ll unlock the Spring Training 2024 Kit to boot!
