Celebrate and unwind as we head into the weekend with a Sub 2.0 CIS Social Group Ride with Coach David, Head Coach at CIS Training Systems.
About CIS Training Systems: As an early adaptor, CIS became one the first Cycling Training and Coaching Service Providers to enter the virtual space on Zwift back in early September 2014. CIS is an inclusive community of cyclists that share common goals and work together to achieve them under the guidance of experienced and knowledgeable coaches.
