3R Chase Endurance Ride
Join us for an exhilarating 3R Group Ride Event, where teamwork isn't just encouraged, it's essential!
This description does not include the C endurance ride, this is as usual a normal C endurance ride.
In this Chase Endurance Ride, we embark on a 100km journey, following the same course as our Steady State B group. The aim? To gradually close the gap and merge with the Steady State B Group around the 80km mark, setting the stage for an exciting final stretch.
This ride is about group effort and shared responsibility. We expect each rider to contribute, taking turns on the front with pulls of approximately 4.5-5.0 w/kg. Remember, it's a chase, not a free ride, so we kindly ask that you join in the spirit of collective effort rather than just drafting throughout.
When our group catches up with the Steady State B group, it's a chance to mix things up! If you're feeling strong, keep up the pace with the A group. Alternatively, if you're in the mood for a more relaxed ride, feel free to settle in with the B group.
Remember, this isn't a race, but a part of our #ProStyleTraining series, designed to support your training goals in a fun, social setting.
