As part of our year round efforts to support the Black community, Zwift is proud to continue sponsoring the LA Bicycling Academy, California Conference for Equality and Justice, and Sporting Equals — three organizations committed to driving change.

Los Angeles Bicycle Academy (LABA)
The Los Angeles Bicycle Academy is a black-founded nonprofit organization with a mission to empower, educate and develop entrepreneurial and leadership skills in youth between the ages of 8-18 through its youth cycling team and bicycle education program.

LABA works with youth from underserved communities where opportunity, access, equity, and exposure within the sport of cycling is extremely limited. Together, Zwift and LABA are working towards getting more young people to learn the positive impact a bicycle can have on their own lives, and the lives of those around them.

California Conference for Equality and Justice
CCEJ’s mission is to eliminate bias, bigotry and racism through providing anti-bias education and training programs, youth leadership, and restorative justice youth diversion. Throughout the past year, CCEJ has provided Zwift employees with online training, workshops, and dialogue opportunities to continue our collective understanding of race as a social construct and bridge differences at work.
