Zwift at St. George

What a day of racing! It might not have been Kona but St. George did not disappoint. We saw impressive performances from all the athletes; including AG World Champions, podium spots and passion-filled finishes. It was amazing to meet so many Zwifters out there too!

Congratulations to all the athletes who tackled the hot & hilly course but especially to our 2021 Zwift Academy Team who made the Zwift Coaches and team proud. Check out the action from race day below:

  • Eric Engel – 1st
  • Vanessa Murray – 1st & overall fastest female swimmer
  • Rebecca Duxbury – 2nd
  • Lukas Bosmans – 2nd
  • Kristen Yax – 4th
  • Kangsab Song – 75th

One more sleep! The bikes are racked, bags dropped, final sessions complete and all that is left to do is race. Good luck to everyone racing tomorrow! Check out the action from today:

Thursday morning was the rescheduled practice swim so the Zwift Academy Tri team headed to Sand Hollow State Park to suit up and test the water – and it did not disappoint (but brrr, it is chilly!). Then in the afternoon we were joined by Olympic Gold Medallist and 2xITU World Champion, Gwen Jorgensen, at the Zwift House for a run with the team. Check out the action below:

Only 3 days to go – the countdown is on! With the race fast approaching, the athletes are focusing on getting in their final sessions in preparation for the World Championships. Kelly O’Mara, editor-in-chief at Triathlete Magazine came by the Zwift House to chat with some of the athletes and then we wrapped the day with movie night. Check out the action below.

Registration day! The Zwift Academy Tri team are officially checked into the big race and set to take on St. George. Training continues as they get closer and closer to race day. Check out the scenes from the day below.
