XTERRA Bike Workout 6 | VO2 Max Float
The XTERRA World Championship bike course demands a high threshold power, high VO2 max, and anaerobic power. This workout satisfies all of the criteria. It starts out manageable, but the short rest means that you soon pass by lactate threshold and end up spending a lot of time at or near VO2 max. Get ready to take on XTERRA's biggest challenge yet, inspired by our sport's largest stage - Maui!
