EVENT DESCRIPTION
ABOUT THIS WORKOUT
This workout is part of a 24-week progressive series that builds from All Out to Super Threshold efforts over subsequent weeks. The All-Out efforts aid to develop rider's top end aerobic abilities to push big wattage for relatively short periods of time with controlled rest periods. The All Out and Super/Sub Threshold efforts allow riders to focus on improving their ability to ride at or slightly above their FTP for extended periods of time, again with fairly moderate rest intervals. Workouts begin with a warm up period where riders will go through short progressive builds towards the workouts goal FTP percentage. A main set of intervals will follow that focuse on developing aerobic capacity. Each of the 24-week workouts builds off the preceding workout in terms of duration of main set intervals.

ABOUT GROUP WORKOUTS
Zwifters line up in the starting area just like a normal event and once the event starts, workout mode begins. Everyone stays together regardless of power output. That's right, if you're outputting 100W and another Zwifter is outputting 400W you will stay in exactly the same position relative to each other. Only if you stop pedaling and fall 6 meters behind the group will the rubber-banding stop.
HELPFUL HINT
We highly recommend doing one of the FTP tests as the estimated FTP can be inaccurate and make the difficulty level of the workouts too high for your current fitness level.
