A Quick Brown Fox Presents: Thee Abundance Project Training Series
In partnership with Carmichael Training Systems (CTS), A Quick Brown fox presents Thee Abundance Project Training Series. The series is open to all and consists of 6 different training rides over April 9-16, ending in a Zwift race led by Ayesha McGowan. A Quick Brown Fox is excited to present this training tool for all who are seeking a structured boost of fitness ahead of the 2023 racing season. Riders are invited to join any one of the training sessions with our Team Abundance Ride Leaders!
During today's workout, we will be performing a descending ladder of Power Intervals at VO2 max power. Power Intervals improve your maximal aerobic power and VO2 max (aerobic capacity.) To be most effective, these intervals should be performed at near maximal intensity for the duration. Focus on high cadence to keep the cardiovascular demand high in these intervals.
