EVENT DESCRIPTION
Welcome to the Brighton Mitre CC week night club ride. This is a steady club ride designed to help maintain a base winter fitness, it is not a race. We will be encouraging good friendly chat whilst we are riding and the focus will be on staying together as a group and at a consistent pace. The ride leader will start the group off at 2W/KG and we will then gradually build up to 2.5-3W/Kg but not going over that level. If you want to go for the sprint jersey then please do, just sit up and rejoin the group again afterwards.
Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
