EVENT DESCRIPTION
This is a rubberband zone 2 fat burner ride. Goal is to ride at your upper zone 2 heart rate to maximize fat burning and increase mitochondria function. By training in zone 2, you will not only improve fat utilization and preserve glycogen for those harder efforts but you will increase lactate clearance capacity which is key to athletic performance.
Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
