EVENT DESCRIPTION
This weekly training ride is not a coached session but designed for you to use as an excellent interval session. A hard effort on the hills then regroup with people riding a similar pace to recover on the flat and then go again. If you want to ride a more social pace that is fine too but it’s a great way of adding in a fun and competitive interval session to your Zwifting week.
Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
